There was a time when all food was organic! Yes hard to imagine not paying a premium for food without carcinogens! That time was the past, before DDT, before industrialized fertilizers, before doctors found out that animal fat is bad for you, but is it?
Well no it is not bad for you, modern animal fat is bad for you, not the original stuff. See in modern studies cows that are fed natural organic food and left to graze as God intended them to and not living in the feeding factories that produce most of our modern “meat” and “dairy”, produced milk and meat with up to 4 times the vitamin content. Yes 4 times, and not the kind of vitamins in your multivitamin pills with the synthetic b12 and other non natural vitamins but the real deal.
Humor me for a bit, DDT which was sprayed over nearly all the world until they found that it contained carcinogens that are not biodegradable is still present in huge quantities in your food and guess what, it is fat soluble! Basically these carcinogens are still in our food supply, and they get concentrated in fat. Guess what those statistical studies that show a strong correlation between fat consumption and cancer where never done on the fat that is free from man made carcinogens!
This is how they market their cows.
The truth is that the milk you drink is not real milk, it looks like milk, smells like milk but is not milk. It is a liquid produced by animals that nearly never see the sun, fed the cheapest crap the “factory” can find and get away with, it is poor on vitamins that are available in natural milk produced since mammals appeared on earth until just 70 or so years ago and it is high on carcinogens that have never existed before in nature.
This is reality.
And it will not get better. No these chemicals, will circulate and come back again and again in our food supply and guess what, the human race did not learn the lesson, no sir, each year we release hundreds of new untested chemicals into our environment and we call it progress.
People 50 years ago would have laughed at the idea of bottled water, well guess what you are also laughing at the idea of bottled oxygen/air, guess what? Your grandchildren will not laugh.
Next time you buy the latest and greatest laundry detergent, know this, one day it will end up on your plate. That spray you use to clean contacts, or that nail polish, that will end up in your plate too. Bon Appétit
